4. Membership & Billing

Membership is $100/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds—see our Refund Policy for details.

Access to services ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Not share, resell, or redistribute our content
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior in our community
• Not use our services for any illegal activity
• Not hold Continuum liable for your trading losses

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Continuum are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Continuum is not liable for any trading losses, damages, or consequences resulting from use of our services. You use our services at your own risk. We make no guarantees of profitability or success.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in California.
